WORKING PRINCIPLE
Adding electrolyte in raw water,the water will be electrolysis in through the diaphragm cell,then at the side of anode will generate acidic aqueous solution which main content is hypochlorite (HCIO) and last we will get EOW(Full name:Electrolyzed oxidizing water/Acidic oxidized electrolyzed water/Acid oxidiation-potential water).Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is formed from the cathode in strongly alkaline water.Acid water has function of strong oxidation so the water can kill microorganisms and sterilization.Alkaline water has function of anti - oil and protein and stripping emulsification so that it can remove organic matters.
STERILIZATION MECHANISM
The main component of acid oxidizing potential water is hypochlorous acid.Hypochlorous acid produces active hydroxyl (-OH) in the reaction process.Active oxygen (O2) can also generate H2O2 under the condition of high redox potential, and then generate hydroxyl (-OH). Active hydroxyl (-OH) is a strong oxidant, which can decompose and inactivate bacterial nucleic acid, protein and metabolic enzymes, leading to microbial death.

Firstly,we have 2 kinds of EOW generator,named HHEOW and HHSAEW.
The introduction and function is same,the generator can produce disinfectant to kill virus in daily life.HHEOW model produce PH 2-3 solution,HHSAEW model produce PH 5-6 solution. It has 60 120 180 240 300 500 L/H.The Capacity is customized.When you get this EOW water machine in local place,the cost of per liter disinfectant solution produced by machine is around USD 0.015/L.You can sell it after packed into 1L 2L 5L 500ml bottles.
Secondly,the prepared water is needed before EOW generator:
The requirement of input water: it should be purified water,we will suggest 2 advices:1. Using RO water purifier and then feeding the purified water directly into EOW water machine.2. If your water's TDS less than 200ppm, you can use soft water machine and then feeding soft water into EOW machine.
Thirdly, about the Consumables:
1. Daily consumables: electrolyte, 1kg/bag, when need to be added according to the device screen prompts.
2. Large consumables: replace the electrolytic cell,normally 1-1.5 years.
