Usage Instructions

1.How to choose the most suitable Solid PCE types for your projects?

**If for dry-mix mortar/plaster,PCE Powder is suitable.

**If for pumping concrete,PCE Flake is suitable.
 

2.Solid Type Usage Instructions:

For WR: >>Dosage: 0.1%-0.4% of cement material weight.
For SR: >>Dosage: 25%-45% of WR weight.

WR can be used alone to meet most kinds of concrete requirements while SR can't be used alone,it designed for WR once the slump retention is not satisfied.Normally WR can reach slump retention level more than 2 hours,SR is needed for the extremely high strength and long distance transport's pumping concrete.

Tip:

The exact dosage should be determined based on the design requirements and the characteristics of the raw materials.Laboratory trials are recommended prior to use.

3.We also export 50% Solid Content PCE Liquid with WR and SR type:

Suitable for pumping concrete.It needs to add water for dilution into around 18%-20% PCE liquid before use,and then mix it with the concrete materials for pumping work.The blend dosage (by weight) is 0.2%-1% of the cementing material. Suggest 0.35%.

1.The quality guarantee period is 12 months.
2.During transportation,protect the product from sunlight,moisture,impact,and water ingress. Store in a cool,dry place,keep sealed,and avoid conditions that may cause caking.
