Hypochlorous Acid Generator For Sterilization on Hospital Surface//Medical Equipment/Food Tableware

When an electrolyte is added to raw water and the mixture undergoes electrolysis in a diaphragm cell, an acidic aqueous solution is generated at the anode side. This solution primarily contains hypochlorous acid (HClO), resulting in the production of electrolyzed oxidizing (EOW) acid water.

Due to its strong oxidation properties, acid water is highly effective at eliminating microorganisms and achieving sterilization.

Meantime, at the cathode, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is formed, producing strongly alkaline water. This alkaline solution exhibits anti-oil and anti-protein properties, along with stripping and emulsifying capabilities, enabling it to effectively remove organic matter.

Effective chlorine content (mg/L) and Production capacity are customized.

(NOTE:ORP is an important parameter in the process of waste water treatment. It directly influences the quality and efficiency of the waste water treating.)
