Introduction
Aluminum Hydroxide is a white powder which can be used as flame retardant and filler.While it is used for resin Solid Surface,It has characteristic of white crystalline powder, non-toxic, tasteless, good mobility, low oil absorption, low iron content, particle morphology, particle size distribution, low impurity content, good stability, high whiteness, uniform particle size and good dispersibility.
While it is used for composite materials,it has characteristic of micro powder,high white powder without secondary pollution,smoke elimination, filling, antistatic.The initial decomposition temperature of aluminum hydroxide is about 205 ºC. Aluminum hydroxide flame retardant can release a large amount of water vapor when heated. A large amount of water vapor can store heat and dilute the concentration of polymer combustible gas. It can also form a non combustible barrier between the combustion source and the matrix material to achieve the purpose of flame retardant. At the same time, it is also a smoke suppressant, because the gas it releases is water vapor, which has no corrosion to metals.

Usage
14-25 microns are used for artificial plates, artificial stones, thermal insulation materials, acrylic composites, etc;
The 50-90 micron artificial stone, artificial board, agate products, thermal insulation materials, various glasses, composite materials, etc.
Aluminum Hydroxide 1-10um flame retardant powder can be used for rubber hose, rubber plate, carpet, rubber liner, PVC wire and cable material, wire and cable sheath, electrical LDPE cable material,LSZH wire compound,Silicone rubber,Silastic module,Foam insulation,Paper-making,PVC industry,Pouring sealant,Shell of car/phone/plane/computer,toothpaste friction agent, low-voltage insulation devices,glass fiber reinforced plastic,adhesives, grille, carpet and other industries which required flame retardant.
1. Micro powder 1-5 micron series is used for wire, cable, paper, copper clad plate, silicone rubber, foam insulation materials, paper making, PVC, etc;
2. The 8-10 micron series is used for fiberglass, insulation boards, flame retardants, conveyor belts, artificial stones, carpets, BMC/SMC, plastics, epoxy resin sealing materials, etc;
