The main use of Glossy/casting paper coating machine:
printing advanced art pictures, color advertising, calendar, self-adhesive trademarks, commercial patterns, New Year's cards, invitations, exquisite crafts packaging bags and so on.
1092mm casting coating production line is suitable for single-side coating of copper plate and double glue paper as base paper with 50-250g /m², producing glass card, high gloss and other advanced coating paper, the total coating capacity is 10-35g /m², and the designed speed is 35m/min.

1. Double position paper unwinding device 1 set
Unwinding diameter: up to 1000 mm
Width: 1000 - 1150mm
Paper Regress type: rotary return paper
The discharge paper holder consists of :
a rack, a rotary arm, a rotary gear box, a safety clip board, a pneumatic shaft, a paper roll brake device, and a paper conduction roller.
Double Paper Regress rack 1 set
Rack 1 set, welded with painted steel sheet. Base plate is the casting material.
The rotary arm, 1 set, welded with painted steel sheet, and the rotary arm was carried by the rotary box to return back.
Unwinding paper shaft is the a pneumatic shaft (3 pieces / set), when used, can be plugged directly into the original paper inner and then passed inward into compressed air, the original paper being affixed to the shaft; Conversely, compressed air inside the shaft is expelled, allowing easy evacuation of the inflation shaft.
The releasing paper part consists of a withdraw paper shaft, an adjustment rack, a tension control system, and so on.
The adjustment rack can adjust the position of the original paper.
2. Air knife coater 1 set
The air knife coater consists mainly of a paper press roller,coating loading roller,Meters,back roller air knife, high pressure fan and so on.
Paper press roller is a φ 98 chromium coated roller with pneumatic lifting device, which enables the paper to be pressed or separated from coating loading roller,.
Coating loading roller is φ 216 chromium coated roller (0.1 mm coating), equipped with a driveline, can act as forward and reverse movements and change the rotational speed, thereby adjusting the coating loading situation.
Back roller air knife is a cast aluminum structure, light and flexible. The air knife mouth was made by casting stainless steel.The knife seam can be adjusted between 0.3-1.0 mm. The gap and angle between the air knife and the back roller can be adjusted by the adjustment holder, thus controlling the coating volume and coating effect.
The coating tank is made of stainless steel and divided into two parts. A stirring device is provided in the tank, which effectively prevented the precipitation of the coating material.
The back air knife back roller, with a diameter of φ 270 mm,made by seamless steel pipe, the surface is plated with hard chromium with thickness is 0.1 mm and polished by fine grinding.
3. Dry oven:
The drying section consisted of 2 sets of 3.75m drying boxes and 2 sets of hot air delivery machines (2.2 kw × 2 units), and 2 sets of heat exchangers.
The drying box was divided into two parts: box and nozzle, the drying box is welded by steel, the box was as a sandwich structure, the sandwich is filled with insulation cotton materials, and the hot air nozzle is made of stainless steel plate.Hot air in the dry box is recycled by a fan and can be replenished with fresh air, the temperature is controlled by adjusting the vapor pressure which controlled by the heat exchanger. (with thermocouple system electronic monitor to show the oven temperature at any time), the oven inner is equipped with a chrome ø 100 mm guiding roller.
4. Glossy cylinder:
Dried coated paper which dried by dry box enters the ø 2000 mm glossy cylinder, the glue roller presses the coating surface on the chrome cylinder surface,adjusting the pressure systems to control the pressure between the glue roll and glossy cylinder when the coating being in a semi-dry state with plasticity,to make the surface of the paper into film. The plasticity of its coating disappears meantime and thereby automatically detached from the cylinder surface.
The cylinder is a steel mirror surface chromium cylinder, 5.5 kW motor, surface cleaning ratio △ 11. Equiped with ø 1 piece of 470 mm rubber pressure roller and inlet rotary joint,and pressure device, etc
5. Paper rolling device:
It consists of a rack, air paper rolling shaft (3 pieces / set), automatic correct the error (Taiwan Gold brand) rack, variable frequency motor and so on.
The paper can be adjusted by automatic deviation correcting frame when rolling paper, and the tension and torque control of variable frequency motor controlled by huichuan special frequency converter can automatically track and adjust the tension of winding paper from small to large. So as to achieve neat winding, reasonable tightness.
6. Basic section:
The basis parts are composed of cast iron basis plates, foundation bolts, oblique mat iron and so on.
7. Racks:
It is used for the installation and fixation of paper guide rollers, dryers, transmission system, compressed air systems,walking platform, etc. Composed by beam, column, fixed beam and so on. All are manufactured by steel, and surfaces are coated with antirust paint and certain color paint according to user requirements.
8. Walking platform:
The treadle, bracket and escalator are made of ordinary steel and coated with anti-rust paint. The railings are welded with seamless steel tubes. The footplate is made of diamond pattern steel plate.
9. Driving section:
Frequency conversion speed control partial transmission, including motor, hard tooth surface reducer, coupling, gear and other transmission parts, and convergent frequency converter, control cabinet, operating table.
Coating preparation system
Coating preparation system(this is needed to buy together with paper coater or not is decided by user.We could make suggest of coating capacity.)
1. High speed disperser 1set
The distribution pool shall be provided by the supplier with construction drawings, and the user shall construct by themselves, and the pool shall be lined with anti-corrosion ceramic tiles. The frame is welded from Q235 steel plate and installed on the upper part of the disperse tank. The mixing shaft, bearing shell, disperse plate, coupling, motor and so on are installed on the frame.
2. Glue tank 2 sets
Φ 800 × 1000 (tank height). 304 stainless steel inner, outer layer is welded by A3 steel plate,with sandwich can pass cooling water,and set with stirrer,motor, speed reducer, motor power 2.2kw.
3. Material dosing tank 1 set
φ 1200 × 1500 (tank height),Volume 2 m ³. 304 stainless steel weld,and set with stirrer,motor, speed reducer, motor power 2.2kw.
4. Feeding tank 2 sets
φ 1200 × 1500 (tank height),Volume 2 m ³. 304 stainless steel weld,and set with stirrer,motor, speed reducer, motor power 2.2kw.
5. Recycle back tank 1 set
Φ 6000 × 800 (tank height),304 stainless steel weld,equipped with 2 sets of coating conveying equipment diaphragm pumps.
