Product Description
JR-HB is a solid polycarboxylate concrete water-reducing agent that can be dissolved in water to create polycarboxylate superplasticizer solutions of various solid contents.
This product is ideal for high-performance concrete, high-strength concrete, flowable concrete, self-compacting concrete, concrete with large amounts of admixtures, and a range of self-leveling grouts.
It offers a high water-reduction rate and excellent slump retention. Packaged in woven bags, JR-HB significantly reduces the packaging costs than liquid polycarboxylate superplasticizers and lowers transportation expenses, making it especially suitable export trading business.

**Recommended Dosage (as a percentage of cementitious material weight):**
When dissolved to a 20% solid content, the recommended dosage is 1.0-1.2%.
Instructions for Use:
1. Based on the desired solid content, add the required amount of water to a container, then add the measured amount of JR-HB. Allow the solid to soften, then dissolve by mixing thoroughly with a blender. Let the solution rest for 24-48 hours before using it as a polycarboxylate mother solution.
2. During transport, the product may compact into larger pieces due to stacking pressure. Simply break it into smaller pieces before use-this does not affect product quality.
3. JR-HB is a high-molecular crystalline material, and its polymers may clump and coil during crystallization. Allowing it to rest for two days after dissolving improves effectiveness as the polymers fully disperse.
4. Dissolving with warm water speeds up the process and promotes more effective polymer expansion.
5. Adjust water content and sand ratios based on concrete design requirements. Conduct trials to ensure the water reducer dosage meets slump, strength, and setting time specifications.
Packaging and Storage:
1. Solid Block Form: Packaged in 25 kg woven bags with an inner plastic liner.
