Product Description

PCE superplasticizer is the newest generation superplasticizer for concrete projects in domestic and abroad. Comparing with PNS and other superplasticizer, PCE superplasticizer has many characteristic advantages in technology and performance as following:

(1) low dosage, high rate of water reducing;
(2) keep concrete good slumption retention;
(3) good compatibility with cement;
(4) small shrinkage of concrete to keep the stability of volume and durability;
(5) environmental in production and usage.

·Usage:
1. Recommended dosage (by binding materials' weight) is 0.25%-0.60%(on the base of 40% solid content). The optimum dosage is according to the reality project conditions and actual materials.
2. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage,seep dosage and errors.


·Safety and Attention:
1.This product is alkalescence solid without toxic, corrosiveness and pollution.
It is unedible when it come to body and eye, please wash it in clean water. When there is allergy for some body, please send the person to hospital rapidly for cure.
2.This product is storaged in paper barrel with PE bag inner. Avoid rain and sundries to mix in.
3.Quality guarantee period is 12 months.

·Polycarboxylate Superplasticzier we produce types as below:

1.Water Reducing Type WR(most exported)
It could be used alone to meet most kinds of concrete engineering.

2.Slump Retention Type SR(regularly exported)
It couldn't be used alone,if concretes' slump retention is not satisfied,mix with WR type.

Notice:

1. Every type of PCE has 40% 50% solid content.
2. When mix water reducing type PCE with slump retention type,the suggested mixing ratio is 8:2 or 7:3 or 6:4 by weight according to lab test.

Development of concrete water reducing admixture:
