This grade use specially in Paper Industries as a whiting agent in place of titanium dioxide. In thermoplastics, thermosets SMC / DMC moulding, FRP, PVC, use as a filler material, flame retardant and / or smoke suppressor.
In rubber industries ATH disperses well prior to vulcanization and curing. Functions include improving surface texture and abrasion resistance electrical arcing and tracking resistance,improved stiffness, flame retardant and / or smoke suppressor.

Description of ATH: 

 

1- It has normal grade ATH:wet and dry 2 grades. 

    The size is around 105um,whiteness is around 89.

    Usage: 105um is mainly used for glass,water treatment, aluminum salts production.

2- It also has high whiteness,middle whiteness and low whiteness 3 grades with size 1 to 100um with 3 grades whiteness.

    The high whiteness rate is between 95-98,

    The middle white is between 93-97,

    The low white is between 89-95.

    Usage: 1-10um are mainly used for compound materials,such as polymer materials,plastics and rubber industries.

    Usage: 14-100um are mainly used for Solid Surface production:such as washbasins, sinks, bathtubs, kitchen countertops, desktops, reception desks...

 

Description of AC: 

    It has 1-85um size and no whiteness grades under classify.

    Usage: It's usage are for refractory materials and ceramic glaze polishing materials, ceramic granulation powder, lithium battery cathode film coating, electronic ceramics. various abrasive tools, wear-resistant fillers, and for high-purity structural ceramics, electronic components, high-frequency insulation ceramics, and high aluminum ceramic balls.
