This coater is an external double-sided coater, which is suitable for coating, drying and finishing of water-soluble coatings (without flammable and explosive solvents) on base paper, and is mainly used to produce thermal paper.

4, This machine is an external coater, with the structure flow as follows:
Paper withdrawing device (automatic paper receiving) - traction roller - scraper coater - first section: open hot air dryer (2 sections, 8m in total) - one section of finishing cylinder group (2 φ 500 chrome plating drying cylinder) - scraper coater - the second section: open hot air dryer (3 sections, 12m in total) - back wetting device - air floating drying oven - finishing cylinder group (3 φ 1500 chrome plating dryer) - two roller calender - paper receiving device (automatic paper receiving).
5, Technical description of main structures and scope of supply:
5.1. Automatic paper splicing and unloading device 1 set
The automatic two-way paper feeding rack consists of a rotary paper feeding rack and a paper feeder.
The rotary paper feeding rack is composed of a frame, a rotary swing arm device, a paper roll brake and transmission device, a paper guide roller, etc.
The paper feeder is composed of swing arm, paper roll speed measuring device, paper pressing roller, paper breaking roller, paper breaking knife, compressed air system and electrical control system.
Maximum roll diameter φ 1100mm.
5.1.1 Rack 1 set
The frame is welded with A3 steel plate and profile steel. HT200 cast iron base plate.
5.1.2 Rotary arm device 1 set
The rotary arm is welded by steel plate, and the rotary arm device is driven by the worm gear transmission box to rotate. The motor of worm gear transmission case is equipped with brake device. The motor power is 3KW.
5.1.3 Roll brake and auxiliary device 1 set
During operation, the braking and assistance of the paper roll are completed by two 7.5KW variable frequency motors.

5.2.4 Paint metering unit 1 set
The blade is clamped on the cutterbed through several small cylinders. When working, the entire cutterbed is pressed against the paper surface under the pull of the cylinder. The angle between the blade and the paper can be adjusted through a set of worm gear device. The local pressure in the transverse direction between the blade and the paper can be adjusted through the fine adjustment bolt.
The scraper blade is 100mm wide and 0.38mm thick.
The single point adjusting device for banner coating amount is a precision threaded device. The spacing of banner coating is 70mm.
5.2.5 Material trough 1 set
The material trough is made of stainless steel with interlayer, which can be connected with cold water, and can be divided into feeding room, return room and overflow room.
Supply to the flange port of the main pipe.
5.2.6 Limit devices 2 sets
The distance between the back roll and the loading roll, the scraper head and the back roll can be adjusted during operation.

5.3. Back water application and coating device 1 set
In this device, a roller immersed in the water tank transfers water (or glue) to a metering roller, and then the metering roller applies the water film (or glue film) on the paper. These two rollers are equipped with separate drives and can be adjusted. The amount of water applied can be controlled by adjusting their speed and the gap between the two rollers.

5.4.3 Air floating oven
The wall thickness of the oven is 80mm, and the skeleton steel is welded. The inner wall of the oven is 1mm 304 stainless steel plate, the outer wall of the oven is 1mm 304 stainless steel plate, the interlayer of the oven wall is filled with insulating rock wool, and the air nozzle is aluminum alloy structure, with a length of 2570mm.
The upper box can be opened by air cylinder with opening height of 400mm, which is convenient for paper introduction and oven cleaning.
The oven and the air duct outside the oven are connected by a flexible air duct, which is made of silicone tape. The distance between the upper and lower air nozzles is 10-50mm adjustable.

5.4.4 Hot air system

7, Scope of supply
7.1 The Supplier shall provide:
the machinery and electrical appliances from paper withdrawal to paper receipt listed above (the other details not listed shall be subject to the Supplier's drawings), including all the paper guiding rollers and drive motors, reducers, pneumatic control devices and electrical controls on the general assembly drawing.
7.2 The Supplier does not provide:
Air compressor, cable, etc.
Civil engineering design and construction.
Materials required for commissioning and installation.
Wiring from switch cabinet to control box.
Power supply and wiring.
The air pipe from the air source to the control box.
Steam source, compressed air source and water source.
Pipes and valves between the water source and the main engine, and condensate discharge pipes.

8, Quality assurance
The contractor guarantees that the manufacturing of the equipment provided within the scope of supply meets the standards of the paper machine industry of the Ministry of Light Industry.
The warranty period of this product is 18 months.
9, Technical documents and data:
The seller shall provide the following technical data free of charge:
9.1 Within 30 legal working days after the contract comes into effect, the preliminary data of civil design (general equipment drawing and foundation drawing) shall be provided.
9.2 Provide English version of technical documents such as equipment general drawing, foundation drawing, installation drawing, design and operation instructions, wearing parts drawing, electrical schematic diagram, external wiring diagram, terminal list, etc.
